Susan Te Kahurangi King’s monograph inspires discussion at the NY Art Book Fair

“A Voice Through Drawing” is an article written by Chris Byrne in the August/September edition of Patron Magazine. Chris introduces the upcoming panel discussion on King’s monograph at the New York Art Book Fair in September 2016. The discussion panel will include Gary Panter, Chris Byrne and Petita Cole, and will be moderated by Tina Kukielski.


The Drawings of Susan Te Kahurangi King is now available on pre-order or can be purchased at the upcoming NY Art Book Fair. The monograph is published by ICA Miami, in conjunction with King’s debut museum exhibition, and produced by Lucia | Marquand. The 112-page book will feature essays by Tina Kukielski and Gary Panter, an interview with Chris Byrne and Petita Cole, as well as a contribution by artist Amy Sillman and foreword by the museum’s Deputy Director and Chief Curator, Alex Gartenfeld.
